Return Process

We offer hassle free returns to all our customers within 30 days of purchase. We offer free exchange or refund  for change of mind and obviously for faulty items. You will need to provide us with your order number and details of your exchange or refund. 

How do you return and item?

You will be required to cover the cost of posting back your item (for change of mind of change of size, however we cover the cost of sending out the new item.

How long will it take to get my return/refund.

Returns  and refunds are processed with 2  business days of receiving your items.

How are refunds processed?

Funds are returned the same method of purchase.

Can I return an Item in person?

Yes please email us at info@mcactivewear.com.au if you are from Melbourne and would like to return your item in person.
